2 Cor. 8:13-14
“Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. The goal is equality.”
Brethern, we are not burdened as a benefit to another brother. No, we ALL have our own trials! See, positions do fluctuate. So a time of plenty can quickly turn into an hour of need. Life can be fair, we just have to do all that we can while we can for others and be open to receive when we no longer can do. That’s equality! And that is the goal.
