Romans 14:7For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone.

As Christians, “we live simply so that others may simply live” again in Christ. We ought not live and die as the world (for self alone) as their deeds die right along with them. Rather, we ought to live a life serving others, a life in Christ, a life lived of legacy that extends beyond the grave. For our purpose in life, my brethern, is not of self but of service.
